Autovac. E. coli

Use Prevention of septicemias and respiratory syndromes produced by Escherichia coli, affecting domestic avian species: chickens, turkeys, ducks, pheasants, grouse. etc.

Samples required for preparation Live animals, bowel loops, intestinal swabs, organs. Optionally send the isolated strain.

Composition Inactivated bacterial bodies of Escherichia coli. Adjuvant: Aluminum hydroxide.

Recommended protocol Vaccinate reproducing hens at between 6 and 12 weeks of life. Repeat vaccination between weeks 14 and 18. The interval between vaccinations should be at least 6 weeks. Via the intramuscular route.

Observations In order to maintain the efficacy of these autovaccines, it is advisable to isolate new strains when problems sporadically appear in some animals.

Presentation Bottle containing 100 doses.

Delivery dates Ten days after the ordering date (previously isolated strain).

Posology Dose per animal: 0,5 ml.

Composition Inactivated bacterial bodies of Erysipelotrix rhusiopathiae. Adjuvant: Aluminum hydroxide.

Recommended protocol Vaccinate and revaccinate the animals after 6 weeks of life and with an interval of 4 weeks. The second dose should be administered at least two weeks before laying. Via the intramuscular route.

Observations Exclusively vaccinate healthy animals. It is essential to apply measures of hygiene on the farm before autovaccination.

Resuspension of the lyophilized autovaccine

  • Before application, allow the preparation to reach room temperature. Dilute the lyophilized tablet with 2 ml of aluminum hydroxide, stir well and mix with the rest of adjuvant. Administer immediately after resuspension.
  • The autovaccine is marketed ready for use. Before administration, allow the product to reach room temperature.

Samples required for preparation Live sick animals or lung, trachea, air sacs and joints of animals. Optionally send the isolated strain.

Composition Exopolysaccharides of Mycoplasma, lyophilized with liposomes. Adjuvant: Aluminum hydroxide.

Recommended protocol Vaccinate at 12 weeks and revaccinate at 18 months of life. Via the intramuscular route.

Observations This is the only immune product on the market to use capsular exopolysaccharides of Mycoplasma as antigen.
