    1. Visit www.exopol.com using your phone
    2. Click on 'Download' and then click on 'APP'
    3. To enable direct access, open the drop-down menu and click on 'Add to home screen'
    4. Select ‘send a diagnosis report’ or ‘request material’
    5. Complete all the fields and click ‘send’
    6. Check that your personal data is correct at the foot of the form
    7. If you are sending a diagnosis report, it is important to write your reference number on the package. Doing so will allow us to trace the package.
    8. The status of your order is updated in real-time; green ticks will show when the diagnosis has been sent, the sample has been received and the analysis has been concluded.
    9. Access the analysis via ExopolOnline using the app
