What is HPLC?

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an analytical technique to separate, identify, and quantify components in a mixture. It can be used to separate the constituents of a compound. This isolated compound creates a spectrum that is compared against a database, which helps to identify what each compound is.

The implementation of the higher resolution UHPLC technology offers greater efficiency and higher speed in the separation process, which leads to higher sensitivity and accuracy.
